Power Arm’s private training sessions are our most intimate option for sports performance training, and available for athletes of all sports.

After undergoing an initial consultation and evaluation, our team will work with you to develop a plan and training schedule based on the sport(s) you play, your athletic experience, and your overall goals.

  • Every new Power Arm athlete must undergo a comprehensive full-body evaluation and consult, which allows us to design a customized program that promotes an efficient and effective strength training regimen. Our full-body assessments help to:

    -Provide a baseline for the athlete’s physical abilities, which helps us to recommend and create an individualized, effective, and efficient programming structure.

    -Discover any areas of weakness, imbalance, or immobility that may need to be specifically addressed to prevent an increased risk of injury.

    -Educate the athlete on overall physical status, potential limitations, and provide realistic expectations.

    -Gain insight into athletic and injury history to better program the proper training plan.

  • -Every private training athlete receives a program that is fully customized- focused on developing strength, speed, power, mobility, and coordination in a way that directly impacts on-field performance.

    -Any structural, mobility, or compensation issues identified during the initial evaluation are addressed through a series of corrective exercises prescribed throughout the program.

    -Athlete programs are progressive and reviewed/changed routinely as the athlete progresses and programming needs change.

    -Private training programs are all-inclusive; designed to attack all areas of performance relevant to the athlete’s sport.

    -Every session is conducted 1-on-1 with a Power Arm expert trainer to guide and motivate the athlete to success.

To Schedule a Private Training Session:

  1. Select Your Appointment Type

  2. Pick Your Instructor- If it’s your first time or to see all instructor availability for your selected appointment, select “All Instructors”.

  3. Choose Your Date Range and Click Search. Your results will be shown below.

 

Private Training Info:

  • New Sports Performance athletes must undergo an initial evaluation before scheduling your first training session.

  • To learn more about our staff, click here.

  • Semi-Private (2-4 athletes) sessions are available- if you have a group of athletes looking to train together, please schedule a consultation call or email us.

  • Cancellation Policy- All private training sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled more than 8hrs from session start time without restriction. For respect of our staff’s time, if a session is cancelled within the 8hr late cancel window, you will be charged in full for the session. Sessions can be cancelled in the “My Account” tab in the menu.
