Power Arm Performance Privacy Policy

Power Arm Performance LLC ("Power Arm," "we") runs a baseball and softball training facility at 1150 NJ-17, Suite B, Ramsey, NJ 07446. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, mobile number, address); information about the athletes we train (name, age or birth date, team, programs, and training and performance information), provided by a parent or guardian at registration or booking; records of your registrations, bookings and payments; and basic information about how visitors use our website (see "Cookies and website analytics").

How we use it

To run bookings, registrations and programs; to communicate with families about their athletes' training, schedules and our programs; to answer your questions; and to improve our website and services.

Who else sees it

Service providers that run booking and scheduling, registration and payments, and our email and text messaging on our behalf. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

College coaches and scouts: for certain college events and showcases, and with a parent's or guardian's approval, we share roster names, player information and performance metrics with college coaches and scouts.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Photos and video

We take photos and video at our facility and events and may use them in our marketing, as described in the release in our registration waiver. To opt your athlete out, tell us in writing at training@powerarm.co.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages from Power Arm Performance, we use your mobile number to send messages about your inquiries, registrations, schedules and our programs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website and its providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Power Arm does not store full card numbers.

Children

Our athletes include minors. Information about a minor is provided by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians can ask us what we hold about their athlete and ask us to correct or delete it.

Physical therapy

Physical therapy at our facility is provided by a separate business. Power Arm does not hold physical therapy or other health records; that provider's own privacy practices apply.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. We keep it as long as needed to run our programs and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us what information we hold about you or your athlete, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
